I thought O-Chem was gonna be easier the second time around… It pretty much was until today… Fucked up on my lecture quiz… (Common sense where were you?!) Failing that quiz brought my day down. I thought I was gonna fail my lab quiz today too, but thank goodness I bs’d my short answers and got it.

I hate my lab partner SOooOOoOOoOO MUCHHHHH. I have to pick up way more slack than I’m used to. Give you a hint who it is, it’s my next door neighbor. That nigga is lazy as fuck- the epitome of a nigga. All he does is smoke and ask me to work on prelabs with him. NIGGA GET WRECKED. He had the audacity to ask me one day, can you try a little harder? I wanna get out early… WHO THE FUCK ASKS THAT. (I WANTED TO STRANGLE HIM.) All I said was we’ll get done when we get done. This guy cannot think on his own… We have our lab notebooks out, stop asking me and start reading fool! What pisses me off the most is this is his only class… WTF ARE YOU DOING ALL DAY? YOU TAKE GETTING RETARDED TO A NEW LEVEL. CONGRATS.

Today was a pretty productive day. I wish I had gotten more sleep though. Berkley and Downtown SF are pretty neat places… too bad there are soo many ghetto people lurking about. 30 minutes within landing in Oakland, I witnessed a NIgga moment. Kid you are not gonna be able to negotiate $1.27 for a sausage egg mcmuffin… just saying. so u should gtfo. Homeless people are all over the place too. It’s pretty annoying hearing CAN YOU SPARE SOME CHANGE? every other street. The campus here is pretty cool. All i can say is the whispering bench and the echo spot are the coolest things Ive seen on a campus. The Linguistics department was a pretty good trip too. went up spiraling stairs and ended up being on the same level floor as we entered. This place is pretty overwhelming, way better than UCI. The girls here are a major plus too. Every group of girls there’s always a winner. HAHA.

• Mom and Dad: Although they aren’t in the picture all the time, I know they care because when they are around, they do what they can.
• Siblings: Kim (moral support with school), Linda (moral support, hanging out, and letting me chill at your awesome pad), Thomas (showing me the risks people don’t take, to live life to the fullest), Kat (just being there as a normal sibling since everyone has +6 years on me).
• My nephew: Sebastian, basically making me laugh, the little brother that I’ve never had.
• Brother-in-law Hung: Tech.
• Brother-in-law Chris: Stuff.
• Cousin Johnny: Telling me your views on life, keeping the Huynh’s together.
• Erika: keeping Thomas out of too much trouble.
• Friends: Andy (brother from another mother), Brian (cod/ partner in crime), Phuong, Cong, Stephen, and Ross (knowing these peeps since elementary/ middle school/ highschool and were still pretty tight even though we don’t hang out as frequent) and Carla, although she’s in UCLA we still talk and whatevs.
• Fex people: da boyz featuring guestz (pretty cool people, an outlet for the inner geek in me to just feel free amongst others rather than hiding it).
• People I’ve met this year/ got to know a bit more: Cody and Linh (O-chem).
• My car: I owe it new brakes, an oil change, and wash/vacuum.

Things happen that we cannot account for, and results don’t always come out as nicely as we want. Expecting that this “pure” sample is going to do what it’s suppose to was a miscalc on my behalf. Shit happens. Just gotta go back to the drawing board and hope the next run is successful.

My conclusion : Hella ground zero up in there. That is if the data is correct.

Dng if I had swapped my lab partner, things would have been different. We seriously would not get anything done. All we want to do is blow shit up and mess around.
